Recruitment Manager

We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to complement our newly founded company, based in Berlin. ExpertAid recruits specialized freelance experts for international development projects worldwide (short and long-term positions). Projects are founded by different international donor organisations (e.g. EU, World Bank, ADB, GIZ, KfW). As a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for filling the open positions and ensuring applicants receive prompt feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and pre-screen expert candidates ensuring the best applicant’s experience (sourcing, evaluating, conversion)
  • Build and manage a growing expert’s database
  • Help introduce new ways of maintaining relationship with experts (e.g. newsletter)
  • Actively search for experts worldwide using innovative and effective channels
  • Monitor and report recruiting KPI’s

Desired background

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development or relevant work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in the international development context, international recruitment or sourcing candidates
  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time
  • Team player who thrives on collaborating
  • Expertise with different recruiting platforms and tools (e.g. LinkedIn) preferable
  • Native level English, fluency in French or Spanish is a plus

Junior Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to complement our newly founded company, based in Berlin. ExpertAid recruits specialized freelance experts for international development projects worldwide (short and long-term positions). Projects are founded by different international donor organisations (e.g. EU, World Bank, ADB, GIZ, KfW). As a Junior Business Development Manager you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable insights into the international development sector, and to have a direct impact on the success of our company. You’ll be working hands-on on a variety of tasks within business development and sales with focus on expanding our B2B customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads in the international development sector worldwide
  • Selling ExpertAid‘s recruiting solutions to business clients in Europe (project managers and recruiters)
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Presenting our tools to potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, and e-mails
  • Partner management and support in English or French
  • Monitoring and management of all activities relating to current and potential customers using Pipedrive or Salesforce
  • Support our recruiting activities

Desired background

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development or relevant work experience (preferably in a startup environment)
  • Interested in making active sales
  • Proficient with CRM tools such as Pipedrive or Salesforce
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, fluency in French or Spanish is a plus
